Position : Assistant Officer Documentation Management x1 (Fixed Term Contract, maximum 2 year period) (Group Capital Division) Ankerlig Power Station, Atlantis, Western Cape Vacancy type: External/Internal Task Grade : X09
Area of Speacialization : Providing a support service in the business’s Documentation Centre, assisting with the implementation of necessary project documentation controls standards, processes and procedure until handover to the client and providing a support and admin function.
Department : Ankerlig Transmission Koeberg Second Supply Project Business Unit : GX Clean Technology Location : South Africa (Western Cape)
Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
  • National Diploma
Experience:
  • 2 years’ related experience in project and/or documentation management

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all documentation management systems and lead doc controllers to all projects
  • Conduct quality control checks with system and project audits
  • Administration support in the documentation centre
  • Liaison with all project staff
