Purpose

• Ensure that all accounts are settled within terms

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the bakeries receive their payment for national accounts timeously on a monthly basis
• Ensure that payments are correctly allocated and reconciliations signed on time
• Ensure that there are no outstanding balances in 60 days plus without explanations
• Ensure that the correct information is supplied to the accountant and credit manager for new credit applications
• Maintenance of data on the master file
• Maintenance of good internal and external working relationships
• Accurate pricing

Required Experience

• 1 to 3 years related experience in an FMCG environment
• Bakery experience would be an added advantage
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office packages and Mosaic.

• Ability to communicate on all levels

• Able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical ability
• Deadline driven

Minimum Qualifications

• Matric

Preferred Industry Experience FMCG
