Purpose of Position:
Perform administration and financial tasks in order to ensure accurate account balances and give support to internal clients.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years Debtors / Administration / Banking experience
- Open Office
- Basic computer knowledge
- Google Mail (Gmail)
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Numerical skills
- Team work
- Administration skills
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Valid (non-endorsed) Code 8 South African drivers license(Code EB and/or A)
Advantageous:
- Knowledge of Meditech
- General Debtors experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath.
- Allocation process and reconcile payments.
- Compile reports to provide feedback to management.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate recording and filing of documents.
