Overview
- A position has become available for a Telesales clerk to join our dynamic team
- Purpose Handling the Telesales function
Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders telephonically
- Pre-Invoicing of orders
- Printing & Checking of load sheets
- Printing of Invoices
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
Required Experience
- 1 to 2 years related experience
- Bakery experience will be an added advantage
Technical/Functional Skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Detail orientation
- Ability to handle pressure
- Building customer loyalty
- Excellent people skills
- Team player
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric
- Computer literate- MS Office
